Pizza with the Pastors is a casual, free, lunch where you can learn more about what we believe, teach, and practice at Northside, as well as meet our pastors and staff! These lunches take place every few months and immediately follow our 10:30am service. We provide pizza for lunch, and childcare if needed.
Starting point is an 8 week class walking through what it means to follow Jesus as an adult. If you are new to faith, or coming back to faith, this study is for you! It’s a great place to figure out where your starting point is.
We begin a new session of Starting Point classes every few months. These classes are held at the church during our 10:30am service.
Baptism is a picture of the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ. Once we have accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior in our hearts, baptism by immersion is a way for us to publicly declare our new life in Christ. It is also a step of obedience based on God’s commands. If baptism is your next step we would love to set up a time for you personally to be baptized!
We really think that the best growth comes in the context of relationships. Home Groups at Northside are simply groups of 8-12 people growing together as disciples of Jesus. Each week groups get together to share life, pray, and discuss the previous Sunday’s sermon. We have homegroups that meet at all different days and times throughout the week. If joining a homegroup is your next step, we would love to help find one that will fit you best.
God gave us all passions and gifts that He wants us to use. When we follow God with our actions, we point others toward Him. When we serve, not only does the church grow stronger, so does the spiritual life of the individual. Northside has serving opportunities to fit a wide range of personalities and schedules.
We believe every Christian should belong to a local church and take ownership of that church. This includes serving, giving, and participating in biblical community. If your next step is becoming a member of Northside, we would love to have you.
